There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning the product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise.

SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO US

1 - Send an email to [email protected] with the concept: "Change of product by default or size" As appropriate. 2-The email must contain the following information: The shipping address and telephone number that was provided at the time of purchase at Alwaysfit.mx. Correct size and color you wish to receive. 3- Inside the package that you will receive with your new product, a guide and a shipping bag will be sent, in which you must deposit the product you want to change, you can send it back when you receive your new order or perform Step 4. 4- Send an email to [email protected] to confirm that the package is ready for collection and add an available date for the collection of the package. Notice: Once we have delivered the guide, it is valid for 5 days.
